The Samsung Corby II has gone on sale in Europe giving the original Corby lovers something to look forward to. The Corby proved very popular with a good package for those wanting a cost-effective phone. The successor has a few minor improvements but has largely stuck to the features that made the original so successful.
The display is a 3.2-inc QVGA touchscreen with the latest TouchWiz UI for multitasking and zipping through the phone menu. There is a modest 2-megapixel fixed focus camera but as this is a budget offering you could not expect much more whilst connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a microUSB port. The handset can accept memory cards up to 16GB and weighs in at only 102g.
The Samsung S3850 Corby II is a phone aimed at the younger mobile user and should hit the UK soon in a range of fun bright colours.
