Samsung Galaxy Z revealed – affordable sibling of the Galaxy S II

The Galaxy S II has been flying off the shelves and if you have been hoping for a more affordable version of this tempting smartphone then Samsung has answered your prayers. The Samsung Galaxy Z has all the good looks of the S II with a few tweaks that put it into a lower price bracket ideal for the budget conscious smartphone user.

The Galaxy Z will have a 4.2-inch Super Clear LCD touchscreen display with the latest Android v2.3 and TouchWiz 4.0 for a great user-friendly experience. The phone will include a 1GHz dual-core processor for handling tasks and there will be an expandable memory for plenty of space for your favourite music and video files.

The 5-megapixel camera includes a flash; autofocus and face detection as well as 720p video recording and the 1.3-megapixel front facing camera will handle video calls. Other features include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and a document viewer/editor.
