Nexus 6 Latest Rumours

The date for the latest Nexus release will soon be upon us and as is normal during pre-release time rumours are coming thick and fast regarding what we shall see on the Nexus 6. The latest rumour seems to hint that the Nexus will be available in a 128GB variant.

Nexus 6 Rumours

This latest rumour comes from Android Police and the news states that we can expect the new Nexus to be released in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB models which would put it in line with recent model releases when it comes to on board storage.

The rumours about the handset names gave us the monikers the Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P as possible flagship model names.

So far the rumours have given us a hint that a large Nexus, the Nexus 6P (as in phablet) will be made by Huawei and the 128GB model will be welcomed by Nexus fan as this is the biggest capacity so far from a Nexus model.

There is a hint that a microSD card slot could be on board too, which if true could give a potential total of 256GB of storage which should satisfy music and app lovers.

Although many models without a memory card slot offer Cloud services for storage there has been a grumbling among many users that a microSD card slot is preferable as it gives access to music, movies etc while offline so if the Nexus does go this way it will be a welcome addition.
