More Specs of the latest Google Phone Revealed

With the news that the next Google phone will be made by LG the rumour mill is ablaze with what to expect and now it more specs have been revealed.

There is no official word on the name of the phone so for now it is being dubbed the LG Nexus and these latest specification leaks put it in the same league as the Optimus G.

The handset is expected to be sporting the latest Android 4.2 OS as well as a powerful Snapdragon S4 quad-core processor and 2GB RAM. The screen will be a True-HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280×768 and there will be an 8-megapixel camera on board, but surprisingly no microSD card slot instead the phone will be sold in 16GB & 32GB versions.

Google has been dropping some serious hints of more than one handset release so we could be seeing a whole Google range of phones before Christmas. The expected official launch date of this phone will be mid-November so we will see if it keeps the LG Nexus name and if it is part of a range of phones very soon.
