LG X3 – Android 4.0, Quad-Core Handset Leaked

A super powerful handset known as the LG X3 has appeared on the rumour mill this week, with leaked images and specs revealing a tempting new Android 4.0 handset.

The phone is said to be less than 9mm thick and under the skinny hood is packed the powerful quad-core Tegra 3 processor and the latest Android 4.0 OS. The screen is a large 4.7-inch affair and to combat all that power zapping your battery LG have put a beefy 2000mAh powerhouse in there too.

Other specs revealed so far include an 8-megapixel rear facing camera, a 1.3-megapixel camera out front for video calling and an NFC chip as well as 4G radio.

Known only as the X3 for now it is likely to be officially announced under a new name, and with the Mobile World Conference heading our way we expect to see this as the venue that LG will debut this impressive phone.
