The screen has taken a bump up in size on the Nexus 6 as it is now a 6-inch qHD display. This latest Nexus is being manufactured by Motorola but it seems they have stuck to the same style memo that LG used on the predecessor as the look is very similar.

Under the hood the Nexus 6 is packing a Snapdragon 805 chip as well as a 2.65GHz quad-core processor making this a powerful smartphone.

3GB RAM is on board and the phone will be available in 32GB or 64GB versions with no microSD card slot so choose wisely.

The beast of a battery is a 3220mAh power pack and includes Turbo Charge which will give you 6 hours of battery life from just a 15 minute charge.

As expected, Google has used this handset to debut the very latest Android operating system. Android Lollipop will be on the Nexus 6 from shipment but if you have a Nexus 4,5,7 or 10 you will be able to update to Lollipop when the Nexus 6 goes on sale too.

The camera package on the Nexus 6 gives you a 13-megapixel rear snapper and a 2-megapixel front facing camera. The 13-megapixel camera includes HDR+ and optical image stabilisation as ell as video recording at 21060p 30fps.

Overall the build quality and design look great on the Nexus 6 and the fact that this will be the handset to give you Android Lollipop is bound to add to its appeal.
