Apple’s Attempted Ban on Galaxy S3 US Sales Delayed

The Apple and Samsung battle continues and now it seems Apple will have to wait a bit longer to try and ban the sale of the Galaxy S III in the US.

Last week Apple applied for the ban on sales of the phone before its launch date of June 21 due to Apple believing that Samsung is infringing on patents held by the iPhone maker (de ja vu anyone?).

This latest round goes to Samsung though, as the Judge Lucy Koh has denied Apple a hearing before June 21st due to her hectic schedule.

This will no doubt not stop Apple pursuing the ban it just means they will have to wait until after the launch date, so the Samsung Galaxy S III will go on sale in the US before Apple gets any chance to stop it.

Who do you think will win this battle of the patents?
