Samsung Galaxy S9 to have smaller bezels

The Samsung Galaxy S9 is one of the most anticipated flagship releases for 2018, it should be the first one to be made official with an expected event in February or March.

The rumours are coming in thick and fast and the latest one hints that the Samsung Galaxy S9 will have smaller bezels while maintaining the same aspect ratio of the S8.

The latest murmurings about the Samsung Galaxy S9 hint that the display will stick with the 18:5:9 ratio, keeping each release in a similar configuration. The next Galaxy A models are expected to have this display ratio too so all will look similar across the Galaxy range.

Although the Samsung Galaxy S9 will have the same screen ratio as the S8, the bezels are expected to be even thinner. This means more screen on a device that will retain the same dimensions, around 90% on the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus.
